LETTER OF COMPLAINT

I recently purchased 200 packs of 1 kg granded arabica coffee beans from kopikita company on april 14 from tangerang.
We hereby inform you that we have received the goods we ordered in a timely manner. However, after we chaked there were several items that are not in accordance with our orders, Because some packs are badly damaged. This causes to the disruption of the implementation of the business that i run.
Therefore, I hope that you to control and send me a replacement product or direct me to a store where I may return the faulty item for a new replacement within the next 3 days. We do not want this incident to happen again to avoid dissapointment to all parties.
